Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I had a two year service. Great service writer (Peter Lee). He was very knowledgeable ana polite. Also the service was very prompt. Overall a very good experience.

We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

My Toyota Corolla hybrid 2022 has been better than advertised. My fuel economy is excellent. Daily operation is smooth, comfortable, very manageable. No service related issues. The overall performance has been excellent. I would recommend a new or used Toyota Corolla hybrid too anyone interested.

Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle. I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

Excellent fuel economy, safety features and technology. The interior feels very roomy for a car this size and the trunk is larger than I expected. No spare tire on this model, just a patch kit. Overall, great value for the money.

I've had my car 3 months, and it rides great! I get 59.5 mpg. Its quiet and fast.lots of room In the trunk. Lots of leg room in the back.. My only complaint is , If you're tall, it's not for you. My grandson is 6'5" and he doesn't fit.. he has to lay the seat back

We weren't really going to buy a vehicle that day, but we were very impressed with the ride of this hybrid. There were almost no cars on the lot, mostly trucks. But we test drove a Prius, Rav4 Hybrid and this Corolla. We decided to buy it, if we hadn't I am sure that someone else would have. Rides just as nice as the 2006 Camry we traded. I am getting 59 to 62 MPG. I am very happy with that.

Have been driving this car for almost 2 years and have been very impressed. Great car with technology especially having full safety features. Back up camera, pedestrian warning system, turning precaution side mirror light, etc work well and are much appreciated. Car is very reliable, comfortable and gets great gas/electric gas mileage. If you can possibly find a used one then immediately grab it. Price was also very reasonable. When I was in college I had a Corolla and even though today I can afford literally any car I want, this cat left me with such a good impression that I felt when a hybrid model became available I had to have one.

I have not been this pleased with a new car sense I purchase Toyota Forerunner many years ago. I did not expect to so much power in a hybrid. And i have learn to never believe the MPG/ I get 50-53. I thought maybe on long road trips it would be less but it gets the same. Gas has doubled in cost sense i purchased. So glad i did.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
