During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! So, I decided to check-out Arizona Toyota delearships because gasoline is less expensive. Leo could have used my circumstances against me to justify charging me more, or selling to another--but he didn't!! Leo is a stand-up sales manage! Since, I've returned to San Diego, drove my 2025 Prius, easy drive, lot's of performance!! I can't say enough good things!!! It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Excellent fuel economy, safety features and technology. The interior feels very roomy for a car this size and the trunk is larger than I expected. No spare tire on this model, just a patch kit. Overall, great value for the money.

I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport from Right Honda. I brought it into the Service Center because I was getting vibrations at highway speeds. Your Service people brought it back to me after re-balancing all four wheels. They even repaired one tire, after having found a nail in the tire! They explained the repair done, about the haphazard wheel balancing done previously, and that it’s best to have the heavier balanced wheels on the rear of the vehicle. Your Service Center people are the best! Even though I live about a 40-minute drive to Right Honda, it will be worth it, because I know there are people who care about doing things right for customers’ vehicles. (even though I purchased a used vehicle which was not a Honda)

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Buying process was very smooth until the end when the finance department was slow to email me the purchase documents as promised. I will purchase from this dealer again in the future.

Have been driving this car for almost 2 years and have been very impressed. Great car with technology especially having full safety features. Back up camera, pedestrian warning system, turning precaution side mirror light, etc work well and are much appreciated. Car is very reliable, comfortable and gets great gas/electric gas mileage. If you can possibly find a used one then immediately grab it. Price was also very reasonable. When I was in college I had a Corolla and even though today I can afford literally any car I want, this cat left me with such a good impression that I felt when a hybrid model became available I had to have one.

I had inquired on a few cars... It's all about timing and I found two cars I liked. I worked with the salesperson prior to coming into the dealership so we had a pretty clear understanding. I also prequalified. Then, I came by and Tony treated me respectfully and answered my numerous questions. In the end, I like my purchase and would probably return to this dealership if a different car was needed OR when I need service.
