It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). 2024 Toyota Crown review
It’s got Toyota reliability, attractiveness inside and out, comfort, and a quiet ride. The Platinum hybrid transitions effortlessly between electric and gas, gets 30 to 36 miles per gallon, depending on driving conditions. There’s more rear seat room for grandchildren than any other car we test drove, huge trunk space.

2023 Toyota Crown review
I bought a Limited and did not want that car it always made so much noise from the engine and the cvt transmission so I traded it for the Platinum and I love it , it's a totally different car altogether quite and smooth. I did not buy the car for fuel economy but for a huge car it's still very good on gas .

2023 Toyota Crown review
I'm writing this review as I'm shopping for another Toyota Crown. I was in a very bad accident last week and my 2023 Crown was totaled. The collision avoidance system blew the airbags before I was hit and even angled the car to concentrate the hit in the safest place for me as a passenger. The emergency alert system instantly called 911. I walked away with only some minor airbag burns and seatbelt bruises. I love this car for keeping me safe and alive. Before it was wrecked, I enjoyed its amazing gas mileage, beautiful styling and comfortable driving for 9 months and 9k miles. I loved this car and can't wait to get another one.

2023 Toyota Crown review
First let me say that this car is a freaking tank. I had two hits and I swear I had lost half my right side or the back. Each time the car has shown how durable and safe the material is. I expected to go to a repaid guy after scraping the side of concrete, and then noticed that there was no scratches at all. This car can take a beaten and love it for it.

2024 Toyota Crown review
I’ve had my black Crown Limited for about 19 months now and am already at 30k miles since I drive a ton. I love it! It’s extremely comfortable, accelerates very smoothly and I’ve had no mechanical or technical issues so far.

Couldn’t be happier. Bought my Crown Limited used with 34,000 miles. Had for two months and she will be with me for many more. Great mpg (42.5), push cruise control and let her drive me with very little assistance.
