Couldn’t be happier. Bought my Crown Limited used with 34,000 miles. Had for two months and she will be with me for many more. Great mpg (42.5), push cruise control and let her drive me with very little assistance.

I'm writing this review as I'm shopping for another Toyota Crown. I was in a very bad accident last week and my 2023 Crown was totaled. The collision avoidance system blew the airbags before I was hit and even angled the car to concentrate the hit in the safest place for me as a passenger. The emergency alert system instantly called 911. I walked away with only some minor airbag burns and seatbelt bruises. I love this car for keeping me safe and alive. Before it was wrecked, I enjoyed its amazing gas mileage, beautiful styling and comfortable driving for 9 months and 9k miles. I loved this car and can't wait to get another one.

The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. First let me say that this car is a freaking tank. I had two hits and I swear I had lost half my right side or the back. Each time the car has shown how durable and safe the material is. I expected to go to a repaid guy after scraping the side of concrete, and then noticed that there was no scratches at all. This car can take a beaten and love it for it.

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.

I bought a Limited and did not want that car it always made so much noise from the engine and the cvt transmission so I traded it for the Platinum and I love it , it's a totally different car altogether quite and smooth. I did not buy the car for fuel economy but for a huge car it's still very good on gas .

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.
