I'm writing this review as I'm shopping for another Toyota Crown. I was in a very bad accident last week and my 2023 Crown was totaled. The collision avoidance system blew the airbags before I was hit and even angled the car to concentrate the hit in the safest place for me as a passenger. The emergency alert system instantly called 911. I walked away with only some minor airbag burns and seatbelt bruises. I love this car for keeping me safe and alive. Before it was wrecked, I enjoyed its amazing gas mileage, beautiful styling and comfortable driving for 9 months and 9k miles. I loved this car and can't wait to get another one.

First let me say that this car is a freaking tank. I had two hits and I swear I had lost half my right side or the back. Each time the car has shown how durable and safe the material is. I expected to go to a repaid guy after scraping the side of concrete, and then noticed that there was no scratches at all. This car can take a beaten and love it for it.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

It’s got Toyota reliability, attractiveness inside and out, comfort, and a quiet ride. The Platinum hybrid transitions effortlessly between electric and gas, gets 30 to 36 miles per gallon, depending on driving conditions. There’s more rear seat room for grandchildren than any other car we test drove, huge trunk space.

Big shout out to the team at Koons Toyota for making me and my mother very happy. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were taken care of. I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

I bought a Limited and did not want that car it always made so much noise from the engine and the cvt transmission so I traded it for the Platinum and I love it , it's a totally different car altogether quite and smooth. I did not buy the car for fuel economy but for a huge car it's still very good on gas .
