I live in Jax, FL and have been looking for a car since Dec. I had some bad experience's at well known dealerships here in Jax and it made an already difficult decision even more frustrating. I had been wanting the Volvo xc60 for a while now but it was a bit out of my budget so i thought it was out of the question. I stumbled upon a 2025 with 15k miles for 31k and another around the same price at VW of Gainsville... probably close to 10k under anything i had found near me. I thought something must be wrong....but everything checked out! Within hours of finding it one of them was already sold. I reached out immedietly and a nice gentleman named Freddie got in contact with me. I was slightly disappointed because i had a trade that i did not want to drive down, along with a cosigner and figured it would be too complicated of a process. He made things so easy, offered to deliver the SUV AND pick up my trade free of charge...and offered me more than any other dealership had, without even seeing the car in person first! Everything was done remotely and, while i was working mind you. They gave me a great deal and worked with me every step of the way. Freddie was great to deal with and by no means pushy in any way and Willie the manager who helped with all the paperwork was also fantast. The only hiccup was paperwork being sent to the wrong email for my cosigner. Even with that happening and the paperwork being half done, they still came with my car and let us finish the next day (and even that took a while due to work, and WIllie having to stay late just to wait on!) the car was in my driveway the very next morning!!! I would buy from them again and 100% recommend them to a friend! easy, painless, and quick process!

When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
