I never felt pressured by the financing department or to buy, but I was already interested in the Land Rover so it was not hard to sell me. I loved seeing their garage with an amazing selection of high end, luxury vehicles. The sales staff was professional, friendly, respectful of my budget, and never made me feel pressured to rush a decision. Never seen a dealership like this cars are open can see any car no pressure on any particular vehicle. They answered all of my questions clearly, walked me through the history and condition of the car, and were upfront about pricing, taxes, and fees.The negotiation and financing process were straightforward and transparent. Numbers matched what we discussed, and there were no surprise add‑ons pushed at the last minute. The paperwork was prepared quickly, and the team took time to explain each document before I signed. On delivery, the car was clean, fueled more than half which they make sure Everytime, and ready to go. A staff member went over the key features, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Based on this experience, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and would consider returning for my next purchase. Plus good refreshment for cookies and chips for kids, good coffee and other hot drinks were available. I haven't such even on big frenchises and new car dealerships. Awesome experience. 💯
