I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

Cannon Campbell was excellent as I was from another state and needed help immediately with my Highlander and he treated me, a stranger, like I was a long time customer. He kept me informed with each step of the repairs and even got me a loaner for my use. He had to order some parts to fix my car and even kept me informed on its arrival. This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

I went to Patt Lobb Toyota yesterday to get the 5k service done on my Grand Highlander Hybrid. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

Marco was excellent. I had made a same-day appointment for my tire pressure light staying on. He quickly discovered that there was a leak in one of the tires. He was very happy to inform me that my tire was under warranty and being replaced for free. He said it would take an hour and a half but it only took 25 minutes! And they even washed my car! I am always so happy with the treatment I receive And the service of my car at Toyota of Plano. I won't go anyplace else!
