No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.
