Dan Schrier was a very good, no pressure, salesperson. I believe I got a very fair price for the car I wanted and it was delivered in beautiful shape and within the time frame, I needed. I met the finance and service managers and felt very welcomed. I love that the oil changes, etc. will be extended to 5 years as long as I use their service department and I plan to do so. I would recommend Summit Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car!

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

Totally disgusted with Nissan!! Had to have the transmission replaced in my 2017 Rogue to the tune of $8,319. Nissan wouldn't cover any of it and it only has 61,000 miles! I can't speak on the quality of the repairs yet as I have only driven it about 20 miles since I got it back. Yesterday I got a trade in certificate from Ron Marhoffer for my Rogue for $9, 064, just a few hundred more than what my transmission cost! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. That certainly wouldn't do me any good. Use the voucher I would still have to buy another car and I will still owe $8,319!!!!! Never buying another Nissan since they don't seem to care about their customers!!!

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

I was in the market for a Honda Type R for a couple months, pretty hard to find, but Marhofer Hyundai had a red one. The dealership was extremely friendly, zero pressure, really put you at ease. Mike Baldwin asked what car I was looking for and when I told him the Type R, he said let’s go grab the keys. After talking for about 5 mins, he handed me the keys and said go take it for a drive where ever you want, let me know how it was when you get back. That was a first for me (this is the 7th car I’ve purchased in my life), especially for the type of car it was, I was kinda shocked. The car was beautiful. 2 days later I purchased the car and have loved it ever since. I had zero pressure, no spamming of phone calls after my visit or texts, no stress. They also texted me a week later to ask how it’s been. Again, that also has never happened to me. 5 out of 5 stars, would 1000% recommend. Look for Mike when you go

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! The sales team was very helpful and made the buying process very quick and stress free. Definitely recommend. If you check this dealer out make sure to ask for Richard or Tre!

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! I went in looking for a new vehicle from this dealership and wasn't very prepared for the buying process. The staff helped me and was super informative. They helped me decide on the direction I wanted to go with a vehicle and figured out all of the options I wanted. Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.
