Used 2023 Toyota Highlander for sale near Pilot Point, TX

Toyota of Plano is my favorite service center; it has never let me down. My last visit, however, was extraordinary. One of the checkout staff, noticing my mobility issues due to a broken foot, walked me to my car, giving me lots of good advice along the way about keeping up with service appointments. A huge thank you to Toyota of Plano representative Ms. Margaret Morris and the entire wonderful team.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

Highly recommend the service team at Pat Lobb Toyota. Scheduling and drop off are simple and quick. The service advisers are right on top of getting my car into the service department and completed the work faster than I expected. And the coffee is good.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

AutoNation Frisco Tx Jerome Collins can sell trucks!! I thought I had a deal with another dealership, but on the way to sign the contract, they told me they had sold the truck to someone else, who was already driving it off the lot. They did offer me a gray one and told me to come check it out. On my way there, I had just passed your dealership, so I made a U-turn to see if I liked the gray one and to save myself a long drive. Jerome greeted me as soon as I walked up. He already knew the exact color truck I was looking for and even offered to go to another dealer to bring one back for me. At the same time, he showed me what you had on the lot, and I ended up finding one I liked even better! We went for a quick test drive, and Jerome answered all my questions about the truck—he even explained things I didn’t know about the model I chose. He was fast, professional, and really knows the inventory. The sales manager explained the numbers clearly, and Austin Pritchard closed the deal while going over all the financial details. It was great teamwork all around. I asked for three dealer add-ons, which were done promptly, and I was able to pick up my truck early. I’ll be back!!

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

My family and I had looked at several other vehicles before deciding on a Chevy, and it was ultimately the customer service at Huffines that convinced us to purchase the Traverse. From the beginning, Phil took time to show my husband and me each and every feature, making sure we not only understood what it did, but also how it would benefit our family. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of each model, helping us pick the perfect vehicle. We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

The overall process was a positive experience overall. The presales process of setting up an appointment was great. I was able to test drive the vehicle, negotiate a trade in and settled on final pricing. Finance was quick. All staff were great to work with. That includes sales support staff setting up appointments, the sales staff that supported me withe purchase, and finance staff that closed the deal. I would purchase from McKinney of Toyota again! Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs. I appreciate all he did to insure my son was back on the road quickly and safely.
