Used 2023 Toyota Highlander for sale near Soquel, CA

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I recently leased a GLC 350e from this showroom and had an excellent experience. I walked in casually one afternoon and met Matthew Santos, who patiently explained the different options, arranged test drives, and helped me close a deal the very same day. A week later, I had a question about one of the settings and returned to the showroom. The team was just as patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their professionalism and customer care really stood out to me, and I would definitely choose this showroom again for my next car.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. To my surprise, I met a very kind person who not only had the intention of selling, she was interested in listening and show me options without pressing for a sale, within the indecision I had between looking for something cheap and good value she walked with me and showed me different options until I could find the best, really nice attitude and eager to answer my questions, once we walked in the office to look at numbers, her professionalism and respect was very impressive, she make us feel comfortable during negotiation, I honestly hope that if you find yourself in the position were I was, when you know that you need a good car and you find difficult to find a friendly warming person who walks with you on a bad weather evening (super cold) making you feel that you have being listened and advise you on the best way possible to find no just a car on sale, explains you what’s the benefits of your purchase and goes beyond to helps you to find the best payment options… Thank you Eden!! you are a wonderful person, along with your team, you guys deserve an excellent recognizement!

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

Very positive staff from initial phone call to working with Finance and driving off the lot! I knew this was where I wanted to buy based on how straightforward and prompt Alex was, I shopped around and this was where I found the best deal.

We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

In the last 6 months I bought two vehicles from this dealership they exceeded All my expectations on the buying experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car or truck or truck

Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

My wife and I just purchased a used, Cadillac Escalade... 2021... The experience from start to finish was first class. Joseph Gudgel was my Service Consultant and Joe Lopez was the general manager who made the magic happen. No smoke or mirrors... it was a transparent process and first class from start to finish. I can tell you at the age of 44 it was the best car buying experience of my life. REALLY LOVE THESE FOLKS, drove down from NAPA CA to meet with these folks.

Capitol Chevrolet was having a Memorial Day sale for Chevrolet EV Equinox. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Sam and he showed us the cars they had in stock with their MSRP. He provided us their list of dis- counts and the final purchase price. I had done some Google research and I know what I should be paying for the car. The price was better than I expected so I purchased the car. No high pressure sales and everyone was friendly and professional. I will be referring my friends and relatives to Capitol Chevrolet. No wonder DGDG has been in business for many years in Silicon Valley! They are a First Class dealership.

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. Had problems with exhaust filter was from out of town took me in and fixed it when Chevrolet wouldnt thx for the great service five stars in my book thx mr Gonzales and crew
