If you go to the service department of Santa Cruz Subaru know that you are in good hands. Russ, the service writer was a great help. Not only did they service my Subaru, I mention to Russ that the road noise while driving, was louder than it use to be. After inspecting the car they found a bad wheel bearing. They replaced the wheel bearing and the noise is gone. I purched the car there and have always had it serviced there. They have always been fair and straight with me. you can go to them and they will meet your needs.

This SUV is so spacious and comfortable!! It's like riding in a Cadillac!! However, I have yet to get the MPG advertised. I didn't realize that in order for it to run on battery mode the engine has to be somewhat warmed up!! Therefore only driving 4 miles round trip to and from work it doesn't run on battery and only get around 22 MPG. If you are looking for comfort I highly recommend. If you are looking for comfort and good MPG, might not be your best choice. Only owned it for 4 weeks so we shall see what the next year brings. I truly love it, I was just hoping for better MPG. Made more for highway driving. Love all the options. Heated/cooled seats, auto bright headlights, dark tinted windows, I could almost live in this vehicle. Also, check with your licensing department, I was surprised to find that I was charged and extra $75.00 because now supposedly I'm not spending as much on fuel (hahaha) therefore the state is loosing $$$ on fuel tax, so they must make up for that by charging that extra fee!!

This dealership changed my life. I walked in with an extremely difficult situation, it took almost two months to resolve. Each individual I spoked too and worked with took the time to understand what was going on and with everyone involved at the dealership the final resolution was an unbelievable outcome. Leased this truck new. Almost 2 years into my 3 year lease and love it. Rides and handles great. Very dependable. Have driven it from NY to Florida and back and it rides great.

We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

The buying process was very simple. I submitted a inquiry regarding a 2021 Sierra they have. The sales person responded quickly to my request. I made an appointment same day and purchased the vehicle. The whole deal took about 1 hour and the staff was the most friendly I have encountered. I like this vehicle, but I'm just not sure about the Hybrid version. I don't really see that it saves me any money on gas and at only 12,000 miles, the Hybrid battery failed. It took over a week to find a new battery in South Florida where I purchased the car. That battery is $500 not installed. Luckily it was under warranty. I've already replaced the tires at 23,000 because after we moved to Colorado we needed better tires that the OEM ones that came with the car. Every now and again I get a warning when I try and start the car that says, The Hybrid System has stopped working. Please turn the car off and try restarting it. When that happens and it won't restart, good luck!!! Time to call AAA. I also wish this car had or could upgrade to Apply Play. First recall is getting fixed tomorrow for a low pressure fuel pump located in the gas tank. It was a long time before they could find the part to repair the car.

We were lucky to have Sam Maldonado as our sales rep. Our most important criteria for complete satisfaction was communication. Sam was exceptional with this. He always responded quickly to our questions about choice of features for our 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. He was also very responsive about delivery dates and changes in the dates that occurred. He got us in quickly when the car was delivered and had it prepped and washed while we were doing the paperwork. He guided us through that process in a clear and concise way. This is usually the worst part of buying a car but he made it interesting and fun. We bought the car at Capitol Chevy because we trusted Sam to make it go smoothly. He is very knowledgable about the car features and process for purchase. Sam is highly recommended without hesitation.

I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

I chose the Avalon over BMW & Lexus because of the interior style. I wanted the touch screen large and up on the dash and the Avalon had the best positioning. The style is great (not a grandpa's car) and I get complements on it often. I have owned since new with no mechanical issues. The heated and cooled seats are a must. The heated steering wheel is a must (I live in New England). Handles great and has plenty of pep for the way I drive. I will have this car for a long time.

We arrived to a smiling salesperson, Samatha Bernal, who helped us right away. She answered all our questions, took us for a test drive and got us into the financing dept so we can get out. Overall a good experience and am looking forward to driving my new Crosstrek.

I have a platinum model and I could not be happier. Love the body style and the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Rides smooth as glass, has great pickup(V6) and great mpg!

If you're looking for a fast car... This is not it. It's a comfortable car just for getting around and it's very reliable. It takes very long to accelerate however.

My boyfriend and I just purchased used cars from goldstar motors in salinas. They have a huge inventory. Very friendly staff. No hassels. Play area and xbox for kids, if your dumb like me and take your child. Warm cookies and fresh popcorn made waiting for paperwork a whole lot better. Had a great experience. Ask for chris and billy!

Just recently (December, 2023) purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD model. Fantastic truck. Rides very smooth and feels more like a standard size truck. I got the black out version and the truck looks fantastic. While I cannot speak to reliability just yet, I anticipate the same quality and reliability Toyota is know for. I could not be happier with my truck purchase!

This Platinum has all the bells and whistles I would ever need or want. While not as fancy as one of the “other” trucks, I plan for this one to last well past the 300,000 mile mark!

I waited 6 months for my Limited Venza to show up. Seeing it was at the end of the year I received a 2023. I love everything about it. I've been getting about 43 mpg both city and highway. The lack of knobs isn't a problem seeing I normally only adjust the temperature a few degrees hot or cold. The JBL stereo is excellent. The ride of the vehicle is really smooth. You can barely tell when the motor switches On or Off. The seats are probably the best I've ever sat in. I haven't had a problem with the amount of storage space. Obliviously you’re not going to be able to get a couch in the back, but plenty of room for stuff. I also have a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, both are great vehicles, the Highlander has a smoother ride and more room and gets 38 mpg. Toyota makes a sound vehicle, love them both.

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

What we liked first was that you sit in the front seats seated. Your shins are vertical, not out in front of you. It’s very stylish and still stands out. We enjoy the graphics on MPG and ALL the safety features. No complaints after owning it three months now.

BMW Mountain View continues to provide excellent customer service and maintenance of my BMW X6. I even received a transition email ahead of my appointment when my service advisor changed.

Naturally, I love my car especially for its handling. It won’t beat a corvette or a lot of other muscle cars for acceleration ; after all it’s only 200 hp. But it is a nice vehicle nonetheless and for my needs has plenty of power.
