Excellent service assistance from Sales!

I heard that one of the salesmen at Ressler goes "above and beyond" for customers. So when I had a problem with a squeal coming from the defrost unit on my 2002 Highlander, I called Ressler and asked to be connected to Danny Anduza. He researched the issue with the Service staff, and reported back to me within 30 minutes with the likely repair, and a reasonable cost estimate. Although his department is Sales, I appreciate the quick responsiveness, with no strings attached. I keep my Toyota's for a good while, but when I DO plan to purchase a new vehicle, I can guarantee that I will be purchasing it from Danny!
