Used Toyota Highlander for sale near Boone, NC

Quick appointment, very professional and timely service. Love the mechanic video, but the " follow your car's progress" did not work. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone.

I have had this car since 2013. I have a feeling it is going to last me a long time. The only thing I don't like about it is the spare being underneath the car where I cannot get to it to check the air or put air in it. I would rather have the spare inside somewhere.

Drove 3 hours to see and buy nice truck, not disappointed , looked at several , will recommend this dealer , worth the drive .

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

When I expressed interest in a lesser priced vehicle than his original suggestion, he didn't try to sway me to spend more. Someone else was already interested in my choice, and he was honest about needing to give them first dibs. But when it fell through, he contacted me immediately and gave me far above what anyone else offered me on my trades. I had 2 trade-ins, and one of his staff rode with me to pick up my other vehicle. The whole process was stress-free! This was more than a car to me, it was a ticket to a better life. With the economy as it is, this vehicle is not just what I wanted, but what I NEEDED. Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Friendly attendant, helped us get settled in waiting room, technicians suggested items to correct. All good.

Everything went well after service went over everything that was done and suggestions made for next service. Price of service was in range of other facilities.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

The vehicle that I was interested in had already been sold. 😢 However, the gentleman who waited on me(I dont remember his name) was extremely helpful. He let me test drive other similar vehicles. I didn’t find what I was looking but really appreciated the service!

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

Great service. Salesmen were really nice and attempted to give an accurate account of what I was looking for. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used car to visit.

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

Getting brakes done. Scheduled appointment and was taken in time. Work was done in the estimated time frame and less cost than initially quoted.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!
