Recently I signed to purchase my 2020 Venue after leasing it for three years. The car has been exactly suited for me. I’ve had a few surgeries and the Venue is easy for me to get in and out of. The color is apple green. My church friends gifted me several Kermit the frogs since the color matches perfectly! My grade school kids love to see my Kermit’s on the dashboard when they come out for recess. Eric Vande Slunt has been the key person from the first signing of the lease to the recent buy out. The entire team of associates have been so helpful with getting my oil changes or any other appointments scheduled. The Van Horn team is gracious always quick to offer water, coffee or soda. Their smiles and welcoming spirits make the dealership pleasant from start to finish. I have recommended Van Horn along with Eric and the team to many of my family, friends and coworkers. We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

He was never pushy, he listened to what we needed/wanted and answered all of our questions. (He was also funny) 😄 Chris followed up this morning with us as he said he would. He was very efficient with the sale of our daughter’s first car. We could not be happier. Great job, Chris and Bergstrom. We will be back when we need another vehicle. Excellent customer service!

I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

I purchased my 2010 Highlander in March 2011 with 5K miles. I now have 177,377 miles and never had a major repair required. Just replaced spark plugs for second time and should be good for another 75-80K miles. Thinking of trading in-not sure what to do. Oh btw: I’ve never missed a scheduled oil change in 13 years or ownership. Anyone have an opinion??????

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

I I found this dealership to be fair with a great choice of vehicles. Also their repair shop does a good Fair job.

Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!

The sales person Kim had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. I also liked the design and look of the 2025 Denali Canyon So far like the truck but still getting sed the all the controls.

July, 2020 Purchased a pre-owned 2019 Infiniti G50s from Kolosso. I'm in northern IL, they're in Appleton, WI a 3-hr drive into Packerland. I was cautious but it was well worth the drive. Michelle Nelson handled the transaction like a professional. The closing was exceedingly short and handled flawlessly. No problems whatsoever. My overall experience with this dealership was Top Notch! I would let my kid crawl around on the showroom floor if I had one (spotless). I found it odd buying an preowned Infiniti at a Toyota dealership but couldn't be happier really, found what I was looking for exactly. Presale condition of car was excellent. Deal done over the phone and I just brought a check. That's it, great job Kolosso!

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

We enjoyed working with this Dealership. Our salesperson Scott was super. He took the time to listen and was quite patient. We did not buy the Equinox but bought another car that he showed us. This was by far one of the best buying experiences i have ever had, there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision that i would not have been happy with. John even let me take another ride before we started paperwork- John Barber went above to make sure I was making the right decision for me.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

Price was very good. Dealership is nice and tidy. Josh was straightforward and upfront with all additional costs. It was a very great experience.

I have had my 2012 Highlander 7 months ago with 142k and we have put 9k miles on it. Bought it from the 1st owner that had dealer service on it. They had delt with the oil leaks around 60k with the dealer working on it 4 times before they got it fixed by dropping the motor and doing head gaskets on it the last time. Still no leaks. I had to do a few interior repairs like the radio volume control jumping, jut pull the knob off and spray a electrical cleaner in and protect the dash from it. And 1 of the trunk floor flaps was broken off, also easy fix, clean the throttle body and mass air flow, new air filter, then reset the computer by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds so it can re learn the throttle body from the cleaning. I then drive to Florida and I got 25mpg with my SE, V6, 4X4. I have a bad back and 3 surgeries and this is 1 of the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven equal to my loaded Suburban, Tahoe, and Avalanches I have had. If I ever get rid of it it will be for another one.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)
