I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Salesman was attentive and helpful with constant communication throughout the process of getting a new contract signed! I?m happy with the outcome and services delivered. I highly recommend Sandia Toyota if you?re in the market for a new vehicle.

Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

Just bought a car from them and coming from someone who's been to multiple car dealers from third party ones to actual car company ones, this place so far has been the best dealer with customer service out of all of them! Walked right in and the sales consultant Jay Walker helped me right away; he wasn't judgemental, he was fair and friendly with a great attitude and upfront not like the 75% of salesmen who work off commission, he actually cared that I was wanting to buy a car that very day and that I had needs. He even serviced me and multiple other people at once and kept the same attitude through each customer and me, treated us all equal and fairly. No fees were charged either, besides tax which was cool the price was more realistic to what the website said, unlike car companies with huge markups nowadays. If you want a dealer that cares with great salesmen this is the place to go! They even have a full service team too to help with your rides, thanks Drive N Motion!

Best most reliable, very comfortable great lines, economical I have ever had. Seating allows one to have a superior view.of traffic in all directions. I used to be a Cadillac owner no more!

Our Svc person Angel was excellent. He kept true to his word. Took care of our Pacifica battery problem. Hope he stays at dealership/Svc dept. Returns calls and calls when he said he would. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx

Nice styling and easy to drive has all the bells and whistles. Good and gas and comfortable. I have worked in the auto industry for 50 years and Toyota is the best car company.

I was looking to buy a Truck that I liked from their inventory. They were willing to help me as other dealerships that I had been in contact were giving me a difficult time because of my credit score! It was a voluntary REPO.! I was helping my cousin Marty, a Purple Heart Veteran. He had bought a car because he needed another car. To help me build my credit, I co-signed on the car. My cousin had a heart attack and passed away! I wasn't working at the time so I returned the vehicle. So Forthright was trying to sell me a car. But I was contacted by another dealership and purchased a vehicle from them. So even though I didn't buy from forthright, I thank them because they were giving me a second chance to buy! In the future, I will try buying from Forthright.

We have owned our 2012 Highlander Hybrid Limited for almost 12 years now. It consistently gets 28 mpg, which is STILL (12 years later) impressive for a mid-sized SUV. The car has taken us all over the US as a military family and has never disappointed. We now are living in WNC with lots of winding roads and the Highlander, although not a Porshe, Tesla, or Subaru WRX, performs amazingly well in turns. I would say that the only thing that is a slight negative are the two 3rd row seats: they are fine for a short drive or for small kids (under 70 lbs), but not made for adults or teenagers. We have only done regular maintenance (regular oil changes, tire changes about every 40k miles, and wiper blades about the same interval) to the vehicle and changed out the windshield once due to a rock thrown from a dump truck. This is an excellent vehicle and one of the most reliable gas or hybrid vehicles on the market today. I would not hesitate to buy another Highlander Hybrid.

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.
