I recently purchased a used 2026 Tesla Model Y Long Range from CORWIN TOYOTO in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I worked with Sales Lady Jana Lillie and Finance Manager Scott Bartlett. Both were extremely professional and helpful. Jana did an excellent job showing the car and answering my questions. There was a missing charging cable that should have been with the car and Jana went the. Extra mile to make contact with the previous owner to procure the cable. A great experience overall. Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

I purchased a used Honda. I was informed by the City Motors salesman , when I questioned the multiple owners on the CarFax , that most likely they were military personnel relocating. I was a bit skeptic at this response. First off, the alternator was replaced at no charge to me. I first tried to work something out with the salesman who sold me the car, which was to no avail. Pam's sister Sharon, in public relations, was the reason that it was done at no charge. Approximately 6 months later my car was deemed not drivable. I took it to a service shop in Chinook, where the owner had found a 34 page service bulletin regarding the motor and frequent spark plug replacement. Unfortunately, the extended warranty outlined in the service bulletin did not apply to my vehicle because it was older than 8 years, which was the life of the extended warranty. I was advised that my vehicle would not be useful for cross country driving, which was the reason I purchased it. Pam, City Motors public relations representative was a Godsend in the entire process of resolving the issue. City Motors service department worked with American Garage in Chinook, to determine the issue diagnosed by by the garage. While City Motors did not buy the car back at full price, they did pay for the service bill and approximately 70% of what I paid for the vehicle. Pam is a rock star, as is City Motors service department who worked with American Garage in Chinook. American Garage in Chinook provides impressive service. Their astute diagnostic skills were also the reason the car was bought back. It took a lot of tenacity on my part , but City Motors did stand behind the car, when the issue got in the hands of Sharon , Pam and the service department. Leslee Weber

Purchased a 2025 Teguan for my grand daughter 11/14/25 and went back 11/15/25 and bought one for my wife. No presure sales and two the point , no haggle sales. I have probably purchased over 50 vehicles in my 78 year history and this is like sales should be. First time volkwagen purchases.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.
