Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

I bought a new a 2008 Matrix XR in September 2007. I still have it. It is nearly 18 years old and runs great. I do regular synthetic oil changes every 4500 miles. And have Toyota do routine maintenance as per owners manual. It is a 4 speed Automatic with all safety features that are important. I plan on keeping another 18 years if it keeps going.

At a time when I was moving around two dogs and a cat, this car was an absolute must. It was a great value to start and even more so now that I use it as a second vehicle. The only maintenance I've done is the routine oil changes, etc. I expect to own it for another 10 years

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

Have had my 2005 Matrix for a couple of years and let me tell you she's a rider. My Lady bug 🐞 gets me where I need to go. Easy parking and less time at the pump. Would totally keep til the wheels fall off in at 200k+ miles.

This is really a great car and has served us so well. We were going to drive it until it died (a long way off) but got a deal on a family member's car that I could not pass up. I really like my Matrix-S. Using no-ethanol gasoline is recommended for optimum performance. It is able to fit 8-foot long items inside with the passenger seat folded down. I am fairly tall, so the little bit of extra bit of headroom I get with the sunroof is nice. With regular, recommended maintenance, I haven’t had any issues or breakdowns. [knock on wood] If you have a chance and if it’s the right fit, definitely pick one up.

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

I met with Peter yesterday. From the very beginning, he was very inviting made me and my wife feel very comfortable. I had already known what I wanted to buy. Peter answered all our questions, but more importantly wasn?t pressuring for the sale which was very impressive, after the test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers. My wife and I were not happy with the first round of numbers. Peter reassured us. He was willing to work with us to get the payment that we wanted. After a couple of attempts and a lot of back-and-forth, he made good on his word to work with us and he made us very happy. More dealerships should hire men like Peter. He was very patient well informed and most of all did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process. We are extremely happy with our new car and will definitely be back in the future. Original owners since 2004. Amazing vehicle all around, mainly for the sole reliability it provides. Pushing 470,000km without a single problem ever, this car will never let you down. Maintenance is cheap as dirt because the engine is so well made and nothing ever breaks, timing chain replaced for the first time at 450,000km which is insane. Not to mention it handles well and is quite responsive and smooth for An old car like this and the seats are pretty comfortable easy for long drives. Great on gas super cheap. Overall would definitely recommend, great car.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my vehicle. Bought it Certified Used with only 300 miles on the odo; saw it on this website. It would have been nicer if it had the optional 400 watt JBL and a sunroof, but I'm very happy it has AWD. Vehicle came with optional, All Weather Guard Package - Outside Mirrors w/Electric Remote & Heater; Rear Seat Heater Ducts. I gave the vehicle 'good,' not excellent, under Reliability because of what I thought was a premature brake wear issue; four new rotors @ 28K miles :( Gave the vehicle 'good,' not excellent under Comfort, drivers seat leg room isn't that great for a person who is 6'4"; but I've managed. An excellent under Interior Design, next to the 12v plug is a 110v household plug outlet. An excellent under Performance, the 2.4L is no slouch when it comes to merging on the interstate. Leg room in the second row is good and folds flat horizontally (if I were to take a carpenter's level, the little bubble would be in the center). Something I 'really' like about the 2009/2010 models, is that the front passenger seat folds flat. I was able to transport six (6) - two by eight foot (2 X 8ft) long, rigid foam sheets from a big box hardware store. Other than the forementioned brake issues, no problems; just turned 65K miles.

Such a great customer service that this dealership provides to their customers almost no one else does. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family and everyone, who's on the market for a great used vehicle, that's the place!

I owned 2006 Matrix and loved that car and so I purchased new 2013 model and hand down the older one to my daughter. Both cars were manual transmission, the ride is little bumpy but I don't care, great economy, great room for stuff like my push mower and very reliable, I don't have to worry about what is going to break next. Unfortunately Toyota stopped making them my 2013 model is the last year.

this car has outperformed any other car I have owned while still taking a lot of hits. It has been reliably getting me where I need to go for many years and still runs 15 years later

I've owned my 2009 Matrix XRS since 2008 and it has been a great & reliable car that has only required regular maintenance to keep it going. I get 28-30mpg on the highway and even though I am 6'3", I am very comfortable in the driver's seat. My one complaint is the high performance tires that come on the XRS trimline are expensive and wear out much more quickly than the recommended ~40-50K mile range. I've driven my Matrix 108K miles and plan on keeping it for much much longer.
