An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

Unlike prior versions of the Prius, my 2024 Prius is a REAL car. It has plenty of power (196 hp), handles very well, and looks sharp (eliciting many positive comments). I am getting gas mileage between 45 and 55 MPG, with one reading in excess of 60 MPG on the highway at 60 MPH and cruise control on. Downside is that the rear seat may be too small for large adults and the trunk is on the smaller side, but the rear seats fold, so not a problem for most shopping forays. BTW, I am 6'4" tall and have over an inch and one-half headroom. I consider this a great automobile if you don't need an SUV. Good work Toyota!

Amazing milage and appearance. I love the look, very futuristic. I drove for 3 hours at 75 or better on the interstate and still averaged 46 mpg. Around the town its normally in the upper 50s and more often than not in the low 60s mpg. Im very happy and expect to keep this car for many years. The areas that can use improvement is the highway noise and the very poor sounding stereo that I'm soon replacing. I was surprised that the car didn't have factory window tinting as well. I have had this car just under a month and I never seem them on the road. I love the safety features and I was surprised to learn the car drives itself. The large screen is great for displaying my cell phone information. It even gives a summary of the trip you just completed.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

I can't tell you what a privilege it was to find and buy a car at this small auto store. Leo was above and beyond what EVERY reputable dealer should strive to be; honest, straight to the point, and most importantly, fair! I was literally in and out within 20 minutes of taking the test drive which is the fastest I've ever purchased a car. He went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. I went in for routine maintenance and the service was fine. Note: I had an appointment at 4:45 and waited until almost 6 to get finished. They did take the car through the car wash.

This was my second time buying my new car at ray chevrolet and I couldn?t be happier. I was lucky enough to work with Rupe both times and he took great care of me. When I initially came in, both Rupe and Ryan did everything they could to get me in the exact car I wanted and they made my experience so much easier than I expected.
