With winter approaching, I was eager to acquire a reliable vehicle, so I informed my brother of the update, and we proceeded to sign the necessary paperwork the following day, on Saturday. I have Toyota prius 2013 plug in when i bought it before 6 months from second owner the assistant battery (pack up battery) is charged until 13 miles but before 2 weeks the battery is charged until 9.5 miles only , what is the matter and what is the solution
