Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

A lot of the other reviews go over build quality, features, comfort, etc.. Briefly I will say after being in this car for almost 9 years: the car (especially the XLE/sport model) is on the stiffer side and can be harsh. The upside is that it feels incredibly planted and there is minimal body roll. It is easy fun to take on windy roads with the "Sport" setting, which further tightens the ride. Road noise is not the best. Wind and tire noise is om the louder side. Materials are nothing super premium in the XLE, but the interior is built like a tank and has held up well. No electrical issues. The engine and transmission are fantastic. The small 4 cylinder makes the car sporty with 187 HP and it is also silent. It has a pleasant sound when accelarating and you hardly hear it. The transmission is a 6 speed, but is overall good. Smooth shifting in both sport and city driving. Reliability-wise this car has been absolutely fantastic. The car has been lazily maintained and is currently at 220,000 miles. It still drives and shifts very smoothly. This car is a sportier crossover. It is a good choice for somebody who wants more sport compared to say a CRV. It is and has been proven to be reliable though.

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

This car drives smooth. I only buy toyotas.this car is very roomy and I love the features in the car, for example blind spot light warnings, blue tooth in car etc...

I highly recommend Neat Auto sales. Louis and his wife are wonderful. Louis is honest, professional, personable, and fair. They offer a no pressure atmosphere. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at, they were very accommodating and let me take as much time as I wanted to see and drive the vehicle multiple times. Steve in service is amazing! I love having a friendly, familiar face when I go in for my routine service calls. I also had the chance to interact with Ashley- she?s an awesome addition to the IRA Team! Having a fairly new lease I?m not in need of tires but I will refer friends to her in the future! My only ?gripe? is how long it takes for service especially when I make an appointment in advance and don?t just show up. I was there for almost 3 hours, on a Monday afternoon. Boo But I love IRA Toyota! I?ve kept my business there for 6 leases!!
