After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Absolutely love the RAV4, good space and a fierce exterior. The engine can be lagging at times and sound “tiny”. Overall, a great vehicle nonetheless!

A great vehicle, I'm a good sized person, driver seats are kind of high even adjusted to the lowest level (electric seats) I have a hard time getting in. The only other item is I wish it had more power, it lags a little getting onto the highway.

The second you pick up the phone and call, they are very pleasantly friendly. They answer all of your questions, been a family business for a long time. Theyll always negotiate a decent price or work with you. Any concerns, they make you feel like family!!!. I recommend this place to any one that comes or lives in worcester!!!! I have just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Atamian with the help, once again, from Aram. I had a freak accident with the 1st one, I called to check on something and he immediately offered help. When I arrived back at Atamian and saw him, I felt like I was seeing an old friend. After talking about my travel needs, he suggested a vehicle that again turned out perfect for me. What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla.
