Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

Came here because they had a car I was looking at online. The sales guys were super helpful and answered all my questions. They were able to get me a good rate and it didn’t take 8 hours. Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

This is my 4th RAV4 from Heritage Toyota in Catonsville, MD. I love the car(s) and the dealer. The RAV4 is the most reliable car I've ever had

I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . I bought a new Toyota Prius 2025 Monday July 28. The sales representative Armando was very good, answered all my questions, helped me move my stuff from my old car to a new one. He adjusted the seat and the steering wheel. He attached my front tag to the bumper. I am giving him 5 stars, he is very hard working a great employee at Honda Doral.

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.
