Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Worcester, MA

The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Although I was not looking forward to buying a car, I had the most wonderful car-buying experience at Lexus of Northborough! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Each person I interacted with was so kind and friendly. A special shoutout to Chris Schmitt, who was an absolute rock star. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the most perfect vehicle. What I appreciated most was that Chris never rushed or pushed me into a decision. Instead, he took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and brought so many thoughtful, personal touches to his approach. Chris and Kevin made the entire process feel effortless and even enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or salesperson. I highly recommend Lexus of Northborough and Chris Schmitt if you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers. It was a great experience, they truly go above and beyond. I am in love with my new car!

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

My wife and I hadn't been looking around for too long for a new, used car to replace our old one before the winter, but we had gone to a handful of other dealerships before ending up at Anderson Automotive. This helped put into perspective just how great of an experience it was working with Brandon. He was upfront about everything, kind, and professional. Where other dealerships would try to get us to raise how much we were willing to spend, Brandon worked with our budget and helped the process of buying a car be actually enjoyable. Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

I requested information on a vehicle at Westborough Toyota and they were very responsive in an appropriate manner. While I did not end up visiting their location, I found them to be attentive and kind when I said I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Very good customer service.
