Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. We were in the market for a Santa Fe Hybrid with a trade in. My experience is to make a deal on the new vehicle and then negotiate for the trade in value. I dealt with about 6 different dealerships in my area and found that Heritage Hyundai was the most flexible with their pricing, both for the new and trade in cars. The salesman, Ahmed, was completely professional and accommodating, thorough, and personable. The process of actually sitting down to sign all the documents and driving out was long, approximately 4 hours, but that had been my previous experience in buying cars. If there is one thing I would ask to change it's the add ons that they encourage you to sit through and buy, which prolongs the process. All considered I was very satisfied with the purchasing-let's see how I'm treated after the sale (excuse my cynicism). So far so good
