They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! I have been looking at dealerships for a while so on my fifth time, I basically lowered my expections. It turned out so well because out of all the salesrep I talked to and explained my unusual situation, Drake Stenberg was the only one who went overboard, had been extremely helpful and overall fantastic. We made every transactions (except the final signing) through email, text and calls. Of course I also did my part and research what I can about the car I'm buying, prepared everything i might need and also ask questions if I'm unsure of anything. When we were ready to seal the deal, I told him I can not go to onetoyota until the next day because I have a toddler and I live quite far. Drake then offered to deliver the car to my house instead so we can wrap things up. It was such a great idea because I honestly don't want to drive all the way to oakland and then drive back home. It was such a delightful experience, my car looks great and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole transaction.

Christopher Paras and myself. crossed paths in my search for the black 2022 4 runner RD Pro. I have purchased vehicles from Honda Marin and Toyota Marin and always left feeling. drained, swearing I would never bay another car. I had the opposite experience with Christopher. City Toyota was the last business on my list that supposedly had the car in stock. I had been given the run around with every Toyota dealership within a 45 miles radius. I told Chris exactly wha I wanted. He did validate that what I was retying to find was at this point a "unicorn." Chris called me back 15 minutes later and told the news: they'd haven arriving from Japan to the US in a month. Chris immediately reached out with a status update on the vehicle every step of the way. All the other 10 dealerships I tried to purchase this car from left me feeling like a bother. I tried to put down deposits and Two were sold by Toyota Marin I had put deposits down on. beyond disappointing. Chris called me me with the best news: the car had arrived two days early. We had already discussed finances over the phone. When I got the cal to come in and pick. up my car, trade I n my old one and meet with the financial department-I was in and out of the dealership driving home, all smiles, within less than 2 hour. I challenge any dealership to accede the level of customer service, care, communication, and knowledgable professionalism I experienced at Daily city Toyota. Chris made the experience fun and straight forward. I asked all my questions during our communication prior to the vehicle arriving. His response time was almost immediate. This dealership redefined excellence. I've referred 3 of my dearest friends, and will only ever work with this team. As a woman, purchasing vehicles is challenging. We are often treated as if we know nothing and taken advantage of the potential lack of knowledge. This was absolutely not the case with Chris and Marvin. Even after the keys were in my hand they took the time on a hot, 98 degrees day in their suits and ties, to go over the detailed mechanics of the impeccable tool I had just purchased. I went into this dealership for the first time today. Luis Calderon, Internet Manager, contacted me when I filled out an online interest form as to what vehicles they had at their location. I had been looking for a red Rav4 Prime XSE for about 18 months. He told me they had one in the showroom and I made an appointment to see it this morning. Luis had greeted and proceeded to go over the details of the vehicle as well as the price options for a lease. He was extremely friendly and professional. He also was very patient with me since this was a large $ purchase for me and I was hesitant. Luis made this experience a lot of fun and I felt like I was dealing with a friend as opposed to a car salesman. He is really great at what he does. In addition to Luis, I worked with Ling Guo in financing. She too was a pleasure to work with. She explained the documents needing my signature. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am shock on all of the bad reviews as City Toyota has been more than great to me. I have so many great experiences from Sales to Services departament and everyone in bewteen. That is why we keep coming back to this dealership. Ling is absolutely amazing and Lawrence has been great as well.
