I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

This was my first experience buying a car out of state. Biggers Mazda was incredibly helpful with this process. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me on inventory. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call.

My son and I purchased a used Mazda from Bob Pearson at the Pre-owned building. We made an appointment and communicated with Bob before visiting the store. When we arrived the car was inside the dealership garage area ready for us to inspect out of the cold weather. We then went on one of the more informative test drives I've ever been on. When we returned Bob had the pricing and paperwork ready for us to review in less than 10 minutes. We paid cash, so I knew it would be a little faster than financing but was shocked at how quickly we were in and out of the store. All in, with the test drive, paperwork and detailing the entire process was less than 90 minutes and felt even shorter. Well done St. Charles Toyota and Bob Pearson, thank you!
