Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Worked with Zo. Showed me vehicles I was interested in and worked within my terms to make things complete and final same day. Nice and refreshing to see someone not just looking may dollar signs but work to accommodate.

Pinkney was very helpful and patient with us in our car buying experience. He took me on multiple test drives until I found the car that I wanted.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
I've now had the car for a month and 1,000 miles. As many have already stated, Toyota cheaped out on the interior (in fairness, I drive the poverty edition LE), lots of hard plastics, sharp corners and intruding fixtures. The good news is that it looks like the interior will wear forever. I do like the seats in the LE much better than any other trim level. Yes, they are basic cloth but are supportive, hold you firmly in turns and are easy to clean. Drive train wise, Toyota has nailed it again. Smart to go only hybrid or plug-in hybrid as this seems to be the future. 42MPG out of an SUV, even a compact one, is impressive while giving up nothing in the way of power or responsiveness. Having none of the connectivity issues cited for Android Auto so may be just lucky or an older phone - who knows. Touch screen is fairly easy to use and nice that the climate controls are always shown. Styling is such a subjective thing but I like it, even more once I swapped out the dark wheels for a more old-school silver set. Since $35,000 is considered "cheap" in today's world, you won't do any better in an SUV. I've also owned the new Camry and if you are a sedan person, it's an even better deal than the RAV4 and much more luxurious

Great customer service all around! I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross and the process was very easy and honest! Totally recommend his service and the dealership if you are shopping for your next car!
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
The RAV4 is the best selling SUV in its segment and it just got a complete refresh for 2026. The body styling is reminiscent of the Camry redesign with its hammer head shark front end. Overall Toyota really knocked it out of the park. Drivetrain is identical to the Camry as well. Bullet proof 2.5 liter inline 4 paired with a hybrid motor. Our AWD example produces 236 instant torque. Very quick. Some of the interior uses low end plastics and that part could be better. But overall this one is gonna be the SUV to even find in summer of 26. My wife’s SE was built in Japan and she loves it. The all new 4.0 Toyota safety sense suite is amazing too. I’m sure it will last as long as the last gen’s did.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
