This facility is a super friendly site. The manager Chris is very personable and nice. Mr. Robert is very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. WE dealt with Mr. NGuyen and Robert did the sign up. All n all the experience of buying a HOnda was great. The car is adorable and I like it very much.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

I bring my Prius here for maintenance, and I also bought one from the sales department. The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed. The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.

I originally reached out online looking for a used Kia EV that was showing up on their website. I got an immediate response from Josh and was able to set up a test drive right away. Josh was great during the visit to the office and the test drive, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO pressure, which is one of my pet peeves. We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. Also zero pressure on the extended warranty and service contracts. By the time we were done signing the car was ready for us. Overall, a really pleasant experience from top to bottom.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

We were looking for a new vehicle and decided to take a look at what was available. Found a certified used car that if I hadn’t been told that it was a 2017, I would have thought that it was new. Richard was awesome. No pressure, showed us a number of new and used vehicles and was very personable and easy to work with. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Cody was amazing! I began researching for a used car in early June and finally found my dream car but within my budget. Affordable and great value for my trade. I would definitely recommend this dealership and/or consider trading in again in the future. I went in nervous and anxious and as soon as I sat down I was immediately relieved calm and this was honestly the smoothest car buying experience ever.

They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford).
