I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

Sadly they didn't have an avocado green at the current moment but are keeping me in the loop for when they have one! excellent service and amazing experience!

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I came to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park with zero intention of buying a Toyota ? and definitely not a new one. My wife and I originally came to look at a used vehicle, but it turned out that the car we were interested in wasn?t even on the lot ? it was located in another city. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and casually look at the new 2026 Toyota lineup, without any real expectations or plans. To be completely honest, Toyota was not on my list at all. My main concerns were price, build quality for the U.S. market, and the clear difference compared to what I?ve seen in Europe. On top of that, the financial aspect was a major factor for me, and the price-to-quality ratio honestly worried me. Everything changed when I saw a 2026 Toyota Corolla on the lot. I looked at the MSRP, then noticed a number of additional fees that were unclear to me. I wanted to understand the real out-the-door (OTD) price, so I asked for help from the sales consultants. Unfortunately, the first three consultants were either unwilling or very unmotivated to explain the details ? probably because my questions weren?t the most comfortable ones. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave, fully deciding that I wouldn?t come back. And then the turning point happened. Right as I was about to exit the dealership, I finally met people who approached me with a completely different mindset ? calm, respectful, and customer-oriented. It didn?t work out with the first person, but with the second one we finally started to move toward the first real step of a deal. I received the information I was looking for, and at the negotiation table I was honestly surprised by the fact that the dealer was thinking not only about their own profit, but about making the deal fair and reasonable for both sides. Considering my previous negative experiences with other dealerships, this stood out a lot. We decided to take one day to think about whether the car was worth the money. The key factor that ultimately influenced our decision was the way the entire team worked during that time ? they did everything right to make sure I wanted to return, without pressure or manipulation. The next day I came back, and we finalized the deal. I would also like to mention one important point regarding financing. I know my credit score and credit history very well, and I believe that customers should always receive maximum transparency about the real APR they are getting from the bank. Transparency builds trust, and trust is critical in deals like this. In the end, the deal was completed successfully, but this is an area that can always be improved. That said, I purchased the car from this dealership, and I am genuinely grateful to the AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team. They did serious work to keep me as a completely cold customer. I have over 15 years of experience in sales myself, and I truly understand how much skill, patience, and the right approach it takes to close a deal like this. Special thanks , as well as the gentleman from the finance department who finalized the paperwork with us ? thank you for your patience and for clearly explaining important details. I also really appreciated a small but telling detail: while we were at the dealership, the team offered sandwiches and drinks. It may seem minor, but it showed me how well they understand and respect the fact that buying a car can take several hours, sometimes even a full day. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.
