Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

This was first time buying a car at a dealership. I like Toyota and my mother recommended Greentree Toyota in Danbury because she had bought a Camry there ten years ago. My salesman was Mike Shakro and he was very good. I was buying a used car and I gave him a price range I wanted to stay within and I told him 2016 or newer. He showed me three cars but I liked the Nissan Sentra 2016 with 20k miles on it. Max Tananbaum, one of the managers, came out to visit us and gave us below the list price. We got a Rust Proof undercarriage protection that allows us to get an additional $500 dollars if I ever trade in the car in the future. Jose Cordero was very helpful with a three year warranty that included towing and car rentals in case the car ever needed to be fixed. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. It didn't take that long considering how busy they were and Mike the salesman even help me return my rental car by suggesting they were only a quarter mile down the road from the dealer. They have made me a loyal customer from now on.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Acura of Wappingers Falls being that it was down the road from us and months ago they reached out to us with open arms. It ended up being the best decision. I not only got a new car but I found a dealership that I am proud to be apart of. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. I look forward to bringing my car-baby to get serviced because I know it is in good hands. It is without a doubt that I recommend this dealership.. and ONLY this dealership to everyone who is looking into getting into an Acura. I know for a fact my family and friends will be visiting. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Great deal and fast transaction! There should be a snack station while waiting and the coffee station needs to improve a little. people who buy cars sometimes have to wait for them to finish and would be nice to have something small to snack on after a big purchase! overall gilbert was great!

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

I had such a smooth and positive experience with the entire team! I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.
