I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Great place to buy a vehicle. Bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla. Great experience and the finance side of it was a breeze. Everything in the sales process was very well explained. They're successful for a reason. In the end, I had to bicycle ride it home and come back walking (3 mile distance). I asked the finance manager for help here but he declined. When I was ready to bike it home and walk back, it was the maintenance/mechanics that stepped in to help.

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Car is very reliable, i have had it almost 10 years. It has 155,000 mi Have replaced the normal things like brakes and tires. It has a stiff ride, changed shocks and struts and still stiff. which is the #1 disappointment. Between 45 and 55 it has a bad vibration..

Our salesman Bruce was attentive and listened carefully. He was not pushy nor was he a 'pushover'' my wife and i.liked him. He took time with us and in the end we got what we were looking for... a 2018 XLE. Jim Stien was also patient, helpful and transparent nice combination for Fimacial advisor. Our overall experience with Kolosso was excelent. One I would recommend to others and repeat myself.

I was given my 03 RAV4 AWD manual transmission back in 2014 from my father in law only had 82k miles on it. He bought it new in 03 before deciding on buying a Tacoma to pull a large camper. I can definitely say to this day it has never left me stranded ever. It has 140k miles on it and still has the original clutch. It’s my daily driver for work and I have a 2015 Camry I drive now on the weekends. Definitely will never get rid of it

Today, April 19th, 2023, I took both of our family cars to Bergstrom Auto-Oshkosh on Washburn. First vehicle a 2020 Chey Equinox and second vehicle a 2007 Toyota Camry. I'd like to compliment Jacob Durant who worked with me on the Equinox oil change, etc. Second individual for '07 Camry was Partrick Fitzsimmons. Both servce consultants outstanding!!! Very polite, pleasant, helpful, courteous, friendly, listened, advised, suggested what is needed, required, best for vehicle perfomances. I've had mine for three years and absolutely love my car!!! I'm to the point in life where I really don't drive much, and can certainly use the money. But, I won't sell if the price isn't comparable to the worth.

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

Interior and exterior appearance are just perfect. It has plenty of power and provides a smooth ride in any weather condition. We have owned this car for 4 years and will keep it for another 4 years at least.

Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.
