I did a lot of research for a new 2026 CR-V hybrid and visited a few dealerships before seeing Bob O at Gerald Honda of Countryside. Bob didn't pressure me in any way to get a new car. He showed me the Sport-L and the Touring editions and didn't try to sway me to one or the other. He just asked what I liked about either and put together a price comparison for both trims. Their price was much better than the other 3 Honda dealers I was negotiating with. Bob was very easy to deal with and he was a pleasure to do business with. Rich in the finance office was easy to work with as well and no pressure, but very good at explaining the options. Their lifetime drivetrain warranty was an added bonus.

I bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid. I didn’t really understand what a hybrid was but Darek Gniadek took the time to explain it to me. He answered all my questions and concerns. Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.
