Great service again. I have always had great service at Janesville Subaru. A little heavy handed on trying to get me into a new car.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Jim Blake was exceptionally helpful in making the purchase of my Prius as painless as possible. He was also available after the purchase was completed for questions.

This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

This was my first experience at a dealership, but I did extensive research beforehand, and had an idea of what to expect. My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Omar, Eric and Tony were awesome to work with!! I came from to look at the Mercedes and it was my first big car purchase. I always drove Honda but wanted something more luxury. I noticed online ENE Motors had a big selection of luxury cars and imports so if I wanted to upgrade to another Honda Pilot they had one. Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

So far above and beyond what I could have expected or even hoped! Before I was able to drive my new purchase home, Legacy Auto wanted to, as is their practice, go through every inch of the car replacing everything that seemed in need of being replaced, regardless of whether an actual safety issue or not as might come out of a cursory safety inspection. I wasn't surprised yet I was a little disappointed that it would take a while for their shop to get my car in for the inspection and corrections, primarily because my insurance company could not cover my rental car for as long as it would take but, Legacy Auto provided a loaner so I at least had a car to drive away with and use until mine was ready. That though turned out the be the least of the professionalism in the service they provided as the cost out of their pocket that they put in for parts alone for issues they dealt with, far beyond any safety concerns, was 10% of the agreed-to price in the first place! They put in 10% of the price of the car AFTER I had already paid for it. In any other dealership I have experience with the best I could have expected is a legally required safety inspection and a detailing of the body and interior. I had to drive about 45 minutes to reach Legacy Auto but the time and effort was more than worth it!

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

I've owned dozens and dozens of car and this one has impressed me the most. Tons of power from the V6, typical Toyota reliability, very ergonomic, and very capable. I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. I can't say enough good things about it CONS: Brakes are just two small for this weight! The side opening rear door

Oil changes cost too much. Other than that and replacing tires and battery which are both costly the car is great. Toyota is by and large a great company. I just wish we could keep costs down

Mark and Rich were Great. Helped my wife and I trade in two cars for 1 truck, they had the best price, they were very friendly, they genuinely wanted to get to know us, and were easy to converse with. They were honest and upfront about pricing, and the vehicle was in great shape! We were in and out in less than 3 hours, very fast with all the paperwork! By far the best experience my wife and i have ever had purchasing a car!

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

My Mother had a small service requirement, your Assistant Service Manager DAVID OLGUIN, took care of it for her. I really appreciate his help for my 90 year old Mom.

Great vehicle. Comfortable ride and easy to use buttons. Spacious and the bird’s eye view as well as the multiple other safety features are invaluable.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

3/3/2025 I bought a another car from Honda in waukesha David has helped me out again and disappoint me. David was so kind and understanding and didnt pressure me in to anything. If you want a car Wilde Honda of Waukesha is the place to go to. Ask for David trust me you will not be disappointed. Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Quick follow up. Interested in what my needs were. Overall, very responsive. Will check them out again when searching for a car.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

We recently leased a 2025 Kia Sorento SX from the great folks at Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc. I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

We were looking for a Toyota Highlander for many months and when we found one at Janesville Subaru, we were very excited. However, after reading some of the reviews we were hesitant. Happily, all of our reservations disappeared after speaking with Jeff, the GM and working with Michael the sales person. They alleviated all of our fears and were wonderful to work with. Excitedly, we drove home with a beautiful 2019 Toyota Highlander.
