Called to inquire about a vehicle and was greeted by one of the salesman (Ty). An appointment was set up to view the vehicle. Ty was very informative regarding our inquiry and we made a deal that same day.

I have dealt with Jim Weisgram both personally and professionally for 15 years and he always had time to discuss vehicles and life in general. From start to finish Kyle Lefevere did all he could to accomodate my requests (gas mileage, affordable monthly payments, safety, interior features etc) in purchasing my new 2019 Civic Sport. Chuck was an amazing guy to work with. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy or sales-pitchy. He took the time to find out what I wanted and based his recommendations around that. The process was fast, friendly, and easy. I would highly recommend. This dealership is highly professional yet laid back!
I have been speaking with Salesman Will at the Chevy dealership for about three weeks. We couldn’t quite come to terms on the trade value but he was never condescending, or pushy, in fact he was very forthcoming and honest and open to all options. In the end I sold my vehicle privately and had found a vehicle he had in stock (at the Toyota sister store but they all work together well) that I was interested in. I had one day that I could get away from work and it happened to be Will’s day off, but you’d never know, he responded to every message, request, and call. I got out of work late and still had a three hour drive but the staff stuck around until about 7:10 to make sure I had a chance to look the car over. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and the paperwork took all of 5 minutes, it was quick but not rushed. They we’re straight forward about the car and nothing was hidden, it was clean, well cared for, and serviced when I arrived. I would work with Will again tomorrow if I were in the market. Completely pleased. Thank you, Will.
After going to a couple dealerships, and have purchased several vehicles in the past. I have a lot of experience in the typical car salesman deals. I found my experience with Summit to be non stressful. They were all very friendly, and most of all Honest! There was no going back and forth. They were straight forward, and reasonable. I found a vehicle I love, and met every detail I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase.

I found that every employee treated each customer as if they were their only focus. It was clear that customer service was a high priority and much appreciated by me. I would gladly continue to do all of my future auto shopping with your company. Special kudos to Phil Syverson for his attention to details and mentoring the introductory use of my new vehicle.
Cory was great to work with. He worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions, took the time to explain things about the vehicle and made me feel comfortable to call with any questions I might have about the vehicle in the future. Great experience!
