Autonation ford has by far been the most seamless dealership, i?ve boughten many many cars before and i have to say autonation ford has been the best so far. Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely consider working with autonation and paloma in the future

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I came in with my father a couple weeks ago to look at the Ford Bronco. We ended up passing on it, but Omar assisted us. When I came to look at at a RAV4 we had Omar again. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was able to make the purchase less stressful. The customer service was great and he helped ease my stress when trying to get my first vehicle.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I have a very pleasant experience with AutoNation. I bought my car through Costco and the AutoNation representative; Andy was very helpful and responsive. I knew the trim I wanted based on the desired amenities but Andy was able to point out different packages that gave me much more at a better price point. There was no pressure and when I was ready to buy, he found the perfect car for me and had it delivered to the site.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.
