If you want a RAV4, get the plug-in hybrid. The larger electric motor delivers much better acceleration than the standard hybrid. The infotainment system is a bit erratic and it is sometimes necessary to fiddle with it to get the radio to play. The mechanical systems are top-notch, fit and finish are good, and the car is pleasurable to drive. Electric driving range is up to 45 miles, depending on outdoor temperature. The 120 volt charging works well, but takes up to 12 hours for a full charge. If your car does not sit that long, you will want a fast charger.

Fun to drive; the electric motor provides great acceleration. The multimedia system can be a nuisance if you mainly want to listen to radio. Fit and finish are excellent.

I purchased my RAV4 prime plug in a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier! The EV range is just enough to get me to work and back and the hybrid engine seems to sip gas. The seats are comfortable and I don’t feel like I’m sitting too high or too low. The features are intuitive and I don’t get frustrated trying to find a feature.

INCREDIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! The negative reviews I've read here are the polar opposite of my experience! Warm, welcoming environment! VERY friendly staff! Justin ( Sales consultant) was an absolute 10 in terms of professionalism. Matt ( Finance Manager) was the most down to earth, genuine guy I've ever met in finance. I drove all the way from North Canton to purchase my New Toyota, and wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again. My last Toyota had 260,000 miles on it, and I'm sure this one will not disappoint me either. You simply CANNOT GO WRONG with a Toyota, and you CANNOT GO WRONG with purchasing one from this Dealership. Lastly, I noticed quite a few people who have left negative reviews regarding Used car purchases. Words of advice: It's a USED Car!!!! Want peace of mind??? Spend a little extra, and GET A WARRANTY! If you think this dealership wants to sell you a used car that they know is going to be giving you trouble down the road, then you're sorely mistaken. Sure, they are going to want you to purchase an extended warranty. And YES they are going to make money on that warranty! They should! Like any business, they are in business to MAKE MONEY. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up.
