I had my Toyota Rav4 serviced today. I arrived about 15 min. sooner than the appointment time but was taken right in. Anthony, was like always courteous and pleasantly easy to work with. I took advantage of the coupon from Toyota World of Clinton. My wait time was shorter than expected. I had a cup of complimentary coffee while waiting. The spacious waiting area with wariaty of seats could accommodate people who need to complete other tasks in a meantime or have limited mobility. I was updated during the process. I declined suggested additional work and showed the cost for it. I wasn't pressured to pursue. Thank you for raking good care of my vehicle and myself.

I have purchased a few cars from Paul Miller Toyota at West Caldwell NJ. We always had great experiences with the sales team. It was no different when we purchased our Lexus RX on Black Friday. The new service facility is quite nice. I dropped my car for a recall cable protection service. Waiting area was And help with better alignment because of mismatch tire that I had put on. Overall great service on my RAV4 hybrid

Extremely pleasant car experience. Michael B. was amazing to deal with. He made everything easy, straightforward, and with no pressure. He explained in detail all the options without putting any pressure on financial service contracts like most dealers. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out of at least 10 dealerships but the customer service that I received came second to none. The sales manager I dealt with is Andy Beloff (andy.beloff@crestmont23.com) who is as professional and straight forward as they come. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn?t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota.

Car service Miguel is highly recommended for his customer service. Took his time to explain work to be done and after service he did likewise. He was very courteous and warm and has good knowledge of his job
