Our company Tacoma was unexpectedly totalled in a very unique situation. We are a Toyota family, and have used all of the local dealerships, but Stapp is the best so we called them for help. The dealership was not able to find the specific car and accessory packages I wanted, but the salesman, Gio, did an excellent job searching their network for vehicles and keeping me informed. I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next new car. Highly recommended. I've taken two of my previous Toyotas to this Greeley dealership for service since 2010, even though it is an hour and a half drive each way. I will continue with my new 2025 Toyota.

Went in for a signal in the car that maintenence was required and was informed the message occurs every 5000 miles unless service provided before. Entire car checked and nothing wrong found. I am a college student and not always sure what to do when getting vehicle serviced. The people there explain to me what needs to be done and my options. I have experienced great service at this dealership. The experience here has been much better than I received at other dealerships.
