Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

John Doyle was a pleasure to work with as I did research on my next new car. He was very easy to speak to and he listened to my "criteria" of what I was trying to find. I also like the fact that he did not talk down to me assuming I knew nothing about cars, when in fact I worked as a mechanic several years ago! Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.
