Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Toyota of Rockwall review
I was scheduled for a cabin air filter change and the airbag recall. Carl David, my service advisor, informed me the airbag inspection and/or repair would take 4 to 5 hours. I wasn't made aware of this and had not made arrangements to leave the car. Carl said he would do his best for my car to be ready in less than 4 hours. Well, Carl met my expectations far beyond what I had thought. My car was actually ready in under 3 hours. Hats off to the service advisors because they were short staffed and kept a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor. I am so happy as a customer of Toyota of Rockwall. When I arrived, there were lots of cars that needed service and the mechanics kept things rolling. The service team at Toyota of Rockwall is simply the best!

If there were 100 stars to select it still wouldn't be enough to say how very pleased and impressed I am with Toyota of Rockwall. I've been to various Lexus service centers in California, Idaho, Texas and a few other places and NONE of them hold a candle to this place. The very BEST is inadequate to describe the personnel, the service, the attention to detail, and the concern and care for the customer. If only all businesses would operate this way the world would be a much better place. My Service Advisor today was Mick and he is what every employer hopes for and every customer looks for.
