We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. Excellent experience all around with Rudy Luther!

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! I have bought vehicles both new & used from various dealerships closer to my area and have never received as wonderful of service as I did from Amber. From the start she had my best interest in mind. She helped find a wonderful used option with every feature I wanted in my next vehicle. The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

Had a 2005 Limited for five years and just replaced it with a 2008 Limited. The 2008 is better in every way. The 5.7l motor provides “muscle car” performance for this 6000lb SUV. You can fit 275/65/20 (34”) tires without modification - previous owner did a body color grill surround and LED headlights to upgrade the look. With a light foot i can average near 15 mpgs and up to 18 on the highway- not bad for something with the comfort and space of most living rooms lol. Easily the best vehicle I have owned in 40+ years of driving

We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles in 2023 from Luther Brookdale Toyota and love the vehicles. We did want a hybrid then but did not get one as we thought we'd have to plug it in. Since talking to someone who had bought a hybrid twin of our gas powered RAV 4, we dicovered that was not the case. We came back to Luther Brookdale Toyota this year to trade the gas only RAV 4 we loved for a new hybrid RAV 4. The staff from sales, finance, accessories, service to customer service both then and now are absolutely awesome. Shout out to Jeff Gammack and Abdi Ibrahim for amazing assistance, thorough knowledge of the vehicle and service plans, etc. You gentlemen are awesome.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

Great family vehicle, always reliable, comfortable quality ride, can't go wrong with this Toyota! For a large SUV it drives like a mid size and has a great turn radius.

So far I am very pleased with performance and comfort. It meets all my needs. I can haul passengers and /or cargo, without sacrificing comfort.

My son looked at cars and was not hassled. People answered questions for him. He bought a 2014 Kia FORTE 5 EX hatchback. Blue, ha is happy!

This SUV has been a great, reliable vehicle. Many options for more people to ride. We had a box on the top and it work d great. We towed a raft with no issues. We actually sad to sell it but we are downsizing due to grown kids.
