I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

I been bought my car here. Everytime i get my maintenance service here they are always friendly and very informative. They also let me know if my concerns were covered under warranty.. few mechanics worked with my vehicle and all of them are awesome.. i know jose and hugo.. that serviced my car couple of times. I highly recommend this place.

We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

I have no complaints. Everyone from Sales to finance to service is totally professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I drove from Richmond to Jersey Village just to choose this dealership.

2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

Came for regular maintenance service of my car. From start to finish, the Toyota service was fluid, quick and people were friendly and professional. The only thing is somebody called me while we were there and was asking if I want to sell my car which is only about 8 months old! I think that was not right.

My issue with this car is not the car itself. It’s the Toyota dealers that have them. (WHEN) These ROACHES think they found a Diamond they have no disgrace. They add 10k to the already overstimulated price tag. A Toyota (doesn’t matter which kind) should not cost $80k, $85k, $90k, $95k dollars! It’s disgusting. When paying nearly $100 thousand dollars. I’d rather a S class. I really would, I’m sorry. These prices are just absurd. And the reliability on a twin turbo hybrid engine? You gotta be out of your mind. After 120k miles. Run for your lives. Toyota is no longer Toyota. I am sorry to say.

I bought a used 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with only 51k miles at Fall Creek Motor Cars and it is in great condition inside and out. I am very happy with the truck. They have a really nice selection of Chevy trucks among other types of vehicles that are in great condition. They are priced competitively based on their condition and low mileage. I very recently bought a 2025 LYRIQ from the Sewell family. I have exclusively driven Acura’s (10ea) for the past 15 years but decided to take the plunge and go all electric. Acura didn’t have a good option, so I did my research and settled on the LYRIQ as the best option balancing design, reliability, and the features I wanted. I tried a dealership in the far North Houston area and while they were nice, they lacked follow up when I decided to make a purchase. I then tried Sewell and am so glad I did. I have to say it was the most hassle-free experience to buy a new car in nearly 50 years of experience. My salesperson was Cailee Thames, and she was fabulous. She answered all my questions, and I very quickly got what I think was an exceptionally fair price, based on my research. I never had to go through the traditional drill of “let me get the sales manager” who then wants to upsell. I dealt only with Cailee. Since I needed my wife to come back and make the final decision, I was prepared to pay a deposit to hold it, but Cailee said that’s not the way they do business. A handshake held the car for several days before we could get back. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and focused on the customer. All the closing documents were done online and provided in print form. Of course, the car was flawless, inside and out. About a week after I got the car, I decided I wanted to get the Tesla charger adapter. I called the closer dealer, and they quoted me $400+ so I went back to Cailee who got it for me at $225, as we had discussed earlier. I live a long way from them and wanted it shipped to save the drive and expected I’d have to pay for shipping, but no, the parts department said they would take care of it, and it went out the same day. So, my bottom line is that the Sewell dealership does treat you like a “customer for life” from the beginning of the experience. I can highly recommend buying from Sewell, even if they are not the closest to you. And if you’re lucky enough to be assigned Cailee, you’ll be even happier .

Well, its been 3 months and I finally love this car, my black TRD Sequoia called 'Dahkness'. There are a few frustrations, and I am still overwhelmingly and increasingly thrilled. At first I was a little 'whatever' or 'its okay', but now I am actually pumped. She's grown on my despite some of her silliness. I have read a bunch of reviews and this is my first Toyota, so I have no basis for what other vehicles in their line-up handle like, but I'm overall happy with the handling, acceleration, and style in general. It drives like a truck, which I expected and can't complain at all. Although I have the TRD, I still think she is a much more family oriented car than an off-road legend. This thing does have an epic driver's screen that makes every other car you drive seem puny. I came out of a LWB Range Rover so I lost my massage seats and a couple other cool bells, so anyways, I don't think the seats are very posh for a really expensive car, but I suppose they aren't uncomfortable. Also coming from a Range Rover, a way more expensive vehicle that everything breaks on, this Sequoia is going extremely smoothly. No issues of any kind. The bad: -WHY THE xxxx did you all ditch the rear gate window that everyone loved! Now we have a glass hatch... horray - Mileage economy is criminally overstated - the 3rd row seat is completely useless and makes the rear storage also dismal and dysfunctional - The 'amazing' JBL system... actually stands for Just Below Lousy. Cranked alllllll the way up you can clearly hear the person next to you speaking softly. That shouldn't happen. I ripped it out the 2nd week I owned it and now I LOVE my sound system. - Dealer got 10k over sticker - I still don't have my second key in the mail yet, because somehow Toyota couldn't keep up with the key demand for new vehicles and new cars only come with one until supply recovers Don't buy this car if you have 4 or 5 children, don't get this vehicle because of it's advertised MPG economy, and don't get this because you think the JBL sound system will be impressive... Get this car because it is easy to drive, safe, reliable, and because you want to spoil yourself a little every time you start the car, without driving something as garish as a Range Rover. I'd change a couple things, but nobody gets everything. I love it.

There is no full-size other SUV that offers a true third-row and excess room for cargo behind it. Most SUV boast a third row, but the bench height is 4 inches off the floor. Passengers have to travel with their knees in their chests. It’s an awful experience. The Sequoia third row bench height is 18 inches off the floor. Adults can ride back their comfortably. The second row bucket seats in the Platinum version is the most comfortable ride in any car - spacious leg room and ceiling height and a wide center console make this car ideal for long road trips. Back up camera make this baby easy to park in tight spots. Bought my first Sequoia in 2007 and the second one in 2013. I drove multiple full size SUVs including Tahoe, Denali, Escalade, and Mercedes GLA. Nothing compares to the Sequoia Platinum for the money. You can have it all.
