Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.

All the employees were very helpful from the time we parked until we left with a new car for my wife. The sales rep let us look at the vehicles we liked instead of pushing us towards something else! My wife left with the car she wanted ,very enjoyable experience!

We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

From the young lady, Yammonica who was attentive, on target and customer focused to the service department and even the lady who took our payment, the response was professional and focused on our needs. The communication was clear, on target and open. Care of the car was terrific. Our expectations were met and even exceeded. 2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

It was hassle free, no negotiation, best price they could manage. They got me into the truck and driving it within minutes of seeing it, and answered all of my questions/concerns without a hassle. Even the few things missing/issues with the truck were remedied very quickly while I procured the funds for the truck from the bank, it was very efficient.

I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. There is no full-size other SUV that offers a true third-row and excess room for cargo behind it. Most SUV boast a third row, but the bench height is 4 inches off the floor. Passengers have to travel with their knees in their chests. It’s an awful experience. The Sequoia third row bench height is 18 inches off the floor. Adults can ride back their comfortably. The second row bucket seats in the Platinum version is the most comfortable ride in any car - spacious leg room and ceiling height and a wide center console make this car ideal for long road trips. Back up camera make this baby easy to park in tight spots. Bought my first Sequoia in 2007 and the second one in 2013. I drove multiple full size SUVs including Tahoe, Denali, Escalade, and Mercedes GLA. Nothing compares to the Sequoia Platinum for the money. You can have it all.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

I have owned a lot of trucks in my life, and I am a loyal Toyota fan. The Sequoia was my first half ton Toyota truck. Purchased my 2016 Sequoia SR5 used in 2021 at 81,000. It is now a week away from 2025 and 156,000. This truck is a beast and I love it. Purchased to haul the family around and tow a small horse trailer. I couldn't be happier with her. Tons of leg room, incredible reliability, comfortable for long trips, tows like it's her business, and she never disappoints. We have only needed to invest typical maintenance / upkeep expenses and tires. Sure, the gas mileage could be better, but it's the expected gas mileage for comparable engines across all manufacturers. The only annoying thing is the Toyota 'rattle' that is common with several models. The license plate sometimes rattles and the noise is annoying (throw some foam strips under the license plate to fix). The 2016 model year is a solid truck.

My issue with this car is not the car itself. It’s the Toyota dealers that have them. (WHEN) These ROACHES think they found a Diamond they have no disgrace. They add 10k to the already overstimulated price tag. A Toyota (doesn’t matter which kind) should not cost $80k, $85k, $90k, $95k dollars! It’s disgusting. When paying nearly $100 thousand dollars. I’d rather a S class. I really would, I’m sorry. These prices are just absurd. And the reliability on a twin turbo hybrid engine? You gotta be out of your mind. After 120k miles. Run for your lives. Toyota is no longer Toyota. I am sorry to say.

If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.
