Used 2017 Toyota Sienna for sale near Summit, IL

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I have owned it for almost 4 years the car met my expectations. The only issue the battery didn’t last as long as expected otherwise excellent vehicle.

I purchased a used car here at a very reasonable price. Shortly after arriving in the U.S., they were very polite to me even my English communication skill is not so good. They were so quick to maintain my car!! I've had many bad experiences at other car dealer in the US but not with Albo Auto Sales! Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail: My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!
