If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle. Jessica was very nice and accommodating. Her expertise and professionalism shined. Her energy was also great, making me and my wife very comfortable throughout the process. She made the environment comfortable which made the buying process a lot less stressful. The finance manager Mike was also great hearing our concerns and needs and was able to adjust something?s so that we could be comfortable with the price while also ensuring that we had proper coverage. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and gave me different options so I could make the best decision. This review is specifically for Jessica Stagliano at Fitzgerald Toyota. She was GREAT. I ended up purchasing another vehicle, but she was the first (and one of the only) salespeople who could answer ever question about the car I test drove. She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona.
