Purchased a used car last Saturday. Service was great, everything was explained. Joe was my salesman, he's fantastic, and TJ was my financial person. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable; however, the wait times to be seen by financing and then to wait on car to be completed in delivery bay was excessive.

I contacted this dealership about a Hyundai Tucson I had been watching for a few months. Finally took it for a test drive and fell in love. Stephen was kind, patient, and had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up, and even installed a new battery to make sure I would have no issues going forward. The buying process was easy and simple and everyone was friendly. I am not sure what Maria’s official title is at the dealership but she dealt with all of the paperwork to sign once I bought the car and she was extremely nice as well. I was very nervous with buying a car and they made sure I had all questions answered and felt comfortable with the entire process and explained things to me more than once when I didn’t quite understand some things. Dupree was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the features of the car. He went the extra mile to get the car I wanted since the one I wanted wasn’t on the lot. Ty did a great job in helping me select the best car to fit my needs. I chose a Camry hybrid and am very pleased with the ease of use and its performance. It also has a lot of additional safety features such as back up camera and alerts which my old car did not have. I also like the fact it is a sedan which is harder to find since SUVs seem to be more of what are offered these days. I am also impressed with the graphical display.
