Brought in my 23 Prius that was viciously attacked by a box truck on the rear passenger door. Autobody shop with Bob as the estimator fixed it beautifully. It took a few weeks but was worth it. Good communication throughout the process. Car looks brand new.

Will Espinal told me to call him when I had the time and wherewithal to have a repair done on my car. Iwhen I called, he said bring it in and that it?d be ready by midday the following day. Toyota provided me w/ a loaner car, so that I wouldn?t be without wheels while my car was as being fixed.

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. I had a recall for my Toyota RAV4 and Jacob Mitchell was my rep for this. I chose a date that worked for me. He checked me in immediately, and while the car was worked on I asked towing and hybrid questions with a salesperson (super helpful and not pushy...I got to drive the conversation). Then I got a free fresh brewed coffee and watched TV for 5 minutes. Jacob came to me and told me it was done. He gave me an explanation of what was done and a reminder that my rear brakes needed work soon. Excellent job Jacob and Toyota!
