The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently. It was all so effortless and I was back on the road with my new car in record time. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Prompt, courteous service. They do not try to push extras on you if you say no the first time. On time for appointments.

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

These guys were great. I made a deal over the phone then drove 1100 miles to get new (to me) truck. the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. They could have added things to the deal knowing I was a long way from home but they didn't. Honest and not pushy! a pleasure to do business with.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.
